* Please email me your info how you want to see it worded on the website. You can send that info in an email or attach as a word document. Don't worry about trying to make it look nice - I'll take care of that. The most important thing is that it says exactly what you want it to say! :)
* I am happy to use a specific image you want - go ahead and attach it as a separate file (not a PDF please). Also make sure the image you are using is yours or copyright free. You cannot just save a picture you like off of the internet and then send it to me to put on the website!
*Be sure if you are sending me items with personal information (phone numbers, pictures, etc.) that you have permission to include it. All information should come to me approved and ready to go.
* If you have a printable form that goes along with your event you can attach that as a word file or PDF.
* Please send me items for the website in advance - don't wait until the day before you need it up!
